I am Anita Glombik - with over 30 years of international management experience, a scientific background and a great passion for people, change
and true leadership.
My path began in the laboratory and led me through product management to the top management level:
As Sales Director EMEA, I was responsible for 400 employees and a sales volume of USD 450 million.
And then came the break: position eliminated, three months' notice - and, surprisingly, the feeling of freedom.
One door closed. A new one opened.

Because I firmly believe that experience makes you wise - and by no means obsolete.

These prejudices are false - and expensive.
